Whew!! The results of my recent vacation overindulgences (not recorded in my weight history due to a serious case of fragile male ego syndrome) are now nearly erased, and I can once again see my goal close at hand! YIPPEE.

Next stop .. 150 .. and it would be great to see it before I leave for a short trip over the extended Labor Day weekend to visit with younger son and wife in CA, expecting their first (known to be a boy) in late January, but I sort of doubt I'll make it with only a week to go.

152.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
