Miraculum's Journal, 20 August 2017

Still experiencing fallout (another pound gained) from last week's [ahem] dietary indiscretions, as my endocrinologist likes to call them. BUT, I'm working my plan, as I had at the beginning of this journey on 07/01/2017, and feeling good about that. Forward!
218.5 lb Lost so far: 66.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 20 August 2017:

I always expect to see the damage when I step on the scale the day after an overeating event, but it seems to take 2 or 3 days to see the full effect.

No worries M...keep on keeping on!! For me, "dietary indiscretions" become "glycogen reloads", lol...sounds a bit more intentional and actually, sometimes it's true...:-)
