So frustrated right now. My weight is plateauing and I really don't know what to do about it the internet sources I looked up say to calorie cycle. But that made me gain a pound in one day. Maybe you have to gain a little to lose a little I hope so. I'm not giving up yet. Actually forget the "yet" part I'm not giving up.
