Finally! Back to what I was before the Thanksgiving slip up! Boy it took over 3 weeks to get there! Now if I can just keep it straight until Christmas day. There have been so many temptations! I was so weak yesterday. I went to dinner and had planned to eat the whole loaf of french bread that was going to be put on the table. The waitress tells me that they did not have any more. I was mad! Then I look around and everyone else is getting break brought to their table. I guess someone was trying to help me out! :-) Also, my boyfriend took a box of candy someone had given me. I didn't even have a chance to open it! I was frustrated about these things yesterday, but happy this morning! I feel that I will be strong through Friday.
Day 15 of 10 pounds in 20 days. 6.6 lost 3.4 more to go!
186.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are strong girl! You are my inspiration !! I am with you when it comes to bread..I miss it so much,although I was not a big bread eater I still loved it with my meal when I go out to dinner...Oh well. I am going out this weekend for my birthday and I know I am going to have cake...lol...Just a little..hee hee..Wish me luck...Keep up the good work I am so proud of you !! You ROCK Lady !!! <3

It can get tricky when you lose it and say to yourself that it's ok to eat something that you know you are not suppose to eat. You are doing GREAT Girl! I know it hasn't been easy, but you are doing it! Keep it up! Are you planning to cheat on Christmas?

Yes, I am going to eat whatever I want on Christmas, but I am really want to keep it to JUST Christmas day. That is going to be hard. But if I can just stay away from the deserts and fattening stuff I should be okay.
