Try some nutella on a slice of whole wheat toast or on some fruit. Or you could always eat super rich dark chocolate. That'll satisfy your cravings better than milk chocoloate and you should only need a bite or two.

I get my daily dose of chocolate from my breakfast meal shake. :) (I never used to eat breakfast at all, because I'm not really hungry early in the morning. However, by drinking a shake after I wake up, I tend to make better choices at lunch because I'm not famished.)

P.S. In addition to giving me my chocolate fix, the shake also helps me supplement my daily protein intake, because I don't eat a lot of meat. :)

Get a bar of dark chocolate - the darker the better. It's really hard to eat a lot of super dark chocolate. If you want to avoid the sugar spike, make sure it uses an alternative sweetner instead of HFCS or cane sugar.

Try 70% Dark chocolate. It is dark enough to provide some nutritional value but still provide you with a little of the sweet chocolate taste. any darker and most people will cringe at the bitterness. Remember to limit yourself to only a few onces per day though.
