It's hard being on a diet on my birthday :( Ended up not losing much weight and if anything gained fat, but since this is only the first week of the challenge, I know I can do better over time. Looking forward to dropping 30 lbs by summer! 8)
138.9 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
