I'm the most committed to my weight loss than I've ever been. Instead of viewing it as a long term goal that I have months to acheive, every meal and beverage is considered a goal and potential victory.

Losing the weight is a way to uncover new strength and enter a new chapter in my life. I'll be reclaiming my identity and redifining myself. Instead of looking to others as the source of my self confidence and self love, I'll finally own it and no one will be able to take it away.

Seeking God's guidance and asking him for strength and wisdom will be key to my success. For every pound lost, I will give him all the praise.

I'm grateful to the support of my family, friends and to the people I meet here on
