So I'm guessing this is a good thing - right? I am trying to stay low carb with only 15-20% of my RDI in carbs. I accomplished that today. Whoop, Whoop. But I only 60% of my RDI for the day, I'm full from dinner and quite satisfied. However, I did have a "I'm starving" moment this afternoon. So, tomorrow - I'm adding a mid-afternoon snack.
