WTF! Went up in weight with Negative Calories everyday. Argggggg
362.4 lb Lost so far: 77.6 lb.    Still to go: 112.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

First of all let me say; You have a lot to be proud of!!! You have done great and lost a lot of weight!! Next – You lost over 10 lbs a month, for the last 2 months! Again, that is FANTASTIC!!! I lost 40 lbs in 5 months, then had been losing and regaining the same 4 lbs for the next Three MONTHS. I have Finally lost 2 lbs this past month. It was really hard going 3 months without a lasting weight loss, but I am glad I stuck with it. I re-examined my diet a month ago and realized I had added some new items to my diet that were “officially legal" for the Paleo diet, but higher carb. I increased my meats and fats and reduced my higher carb items and that seems to be helping. The last 2 nights I ate a large portion of fatty meat with a plateful of steamed veggies (with butter and a small amt of cheese on top) and the scale has gone down 2 days in a row. I did have some carbs (fruit and chocolate) in the AM but no carbs after 3pm each night. I bought the book “Wheat Belly” recently and was reading it last night. It was talking about severely cutting calories and exercise was not proven effective for weight loss; which seems to be opposite of the “common” opinion. I imagine the next chapter will explain more. The into of the book was very enlightening and followed the idea of the Paleo diet. I have only read a few chapters so far but it has been interesting. Have you looked at the Paleo Diet? It is working well for me - as far as something I believe I can stay on for life. I bought the book “Primal Blueprint” and also bought the digital book and audio files from the website “Eat Stop Eat”. Google those 2 items and see what you think. I found them very helpful. Try to think of your monthly weight loss progress and keep up the great work. You lost 20 lbs in the last 2 months so you are doing GREAT! :)
