trying to get back on schedule. but really struggling going through a very stressful next month or 2 with the lead up and the college exams of my final year. really struggling.
and then on top of that my friend isnt very healthy at the moment and i am really worried about her.
so i use the worry and the stress as an excuse to have something more to eat. i let myself off with having a chocolate biscuit because i tell myself i'm comfort eating.
although sometimes i do think i am truely comfort eating because there are sometimes that i eat purely to eat. i can think that the food tastes horrible and still take another bite. just because it is something to eat.
and doesnt help that even though i havent managed to stick to the proper 1,200 cals a day rule. but i know that most days for the last 4 weeks i've been under 1,700. but i still havent lost any weight in a whole month.
guess that just means i have to try harder. and always stick to 1,200 and get round to doing some proper exercise.

You can get back on track! Now that party weeks are over :-) Time to crack down and study. If you try to eat healthy and balanced, it will make the next few months go much more smoothly. Hope you have time to log your food a few times a week to get in good habbits! Don't worry about losing weight, just keep your head above water to do well in your exams! Have fun too! I know you do.. hehe
