Good Day Everyone!! I want to start off by saying that I DID win the monthly challenge with my coworker and lost the most weight in a month (wasnt quite 10 pounds according to the scales at work) but I lost the most!! However, I decided in order to keep the same intensity and drive that I currently have, we decided to extend it out a few months and try to get to our goal weight. We are trying to figure out the end dates and the individaul weight goals for the each of us, and should have everything figured out by the end of the week.

According to the scale at home, I am a few ounces shy of losing 10 pounds since 2 February 12. I thought it would be hard to do away with all the sweets that I LOVE to eat, but I am doing just fine and even more motivated than ever to lose more. I was told this weekend that I have to complete a fitness evaluation in April, so the treadmill has been one of my better friends lately. I did very well on my last one, but my goal is to get an 80-85....I didnt realize just how out of shape I am in after this 3rd child!! Probably doesnt help that I am older too and we just do not bounce back as good as we used to. Either way, it is yet another motivational factor in getting back into shape. Spring is almost here too and I much rather run outside then inside on a treadmill....nothing like breathing in that fresh air!!

Because I met my 10 pound goal, I will be starting the P90 program on Monday of next week. I also will be purchasing the P90X program so that in 3 months, I will begin that regiment. I WILL look good in a bathing suit this summer when I am sitting by my pool!!!
