DairyKing's Journal, 06 March 2012

Yesterday I woke up to 20 degrees and a couple of inches of snow on the ground. Today it's supposed to get up to 62. It has been a very peculiar winter, to say the least. Ran a fast and furious 3 miles on the treadmill this morning. Life has been anything but routine, with friends bringing enough food to feed an army, and my running routine and diet taking a sabatical. Good News though! My wife is cancer free! Got the pathology report yesterday. We see the surgeon this evening for the follow-up visit. Things should start getting back to normal again. She is still going to have to get the radiation treatments in a few weeks, for a few weeks - as a precautionary treatment to kill off any rogue cells that still want to fight. But we'll get er done, and in time to actually enjoy the coming good weather together.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 March 2012:
3006 kcal Activities & Exercise: Running - 6/mph - 35 minutes, Resting - 18 hours and 25 minutes, Sleeping - 5 hours. more...
