One week on the Mediterranean diet.
No change in waist and hip measurements
Weight -3.8 pounds

So far so good.

The book I ordered about the diet arrived. It not only explains/describes the diet but has a lot of recipes.

I think I could eat more bread stuffs, but I am trying to stick with as much veg and fruit as possible. It sure fills me up. I have mostly stayed below 1200 Kcals daily, not because I am trying to limit Kcals but because I just don't feel like eating anymore.

Well, stay tuned.

So healthy for you. #1 diet for sustainability. Those people live for years for a reason? The great diet. May I refer you to 'Healthy Weight Forum' website. You find a vast amount of weight loss information there. The Mediterranean diet is one of the top 10 diets and they have a good overview of it you might like? Best regards, Paula Navarette
