Felt sorry for myself and stopped at "Dumpin' No-nuts" this morning. Blew my carb limit all to hell but at least managed to stay under my 1500-day calorie limit. My husband suggested that, for a "sweet treat," we add Cool Whip Lite to our fresh fruit. Local SC peaches are in and they're magnificent! We split them in half and share. Works for me! So good to have a lovin' live-in partner in this project! Thanks be to God!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
