Well I didn't bother food journalling yesterday after my visit to the curry house cos there wasn't much point! But I don't regret going or eating what I did. I enjoyed it - I drank too much and I had an irish coffee. But I stand by the old addage that a little bit of what you fancy does you good. If I can never go out and chose something you shouldn't then thats just wrong! I am now back on track and have no nights or meals out planned - no more treats for a while and thats the way it should be - or its not a treat! The thing about it - was - its planned. I haven't gone to the cupboard and stuffed down 10 biscuits and then felt awful. I have said - its my treat , I ve enjoyed it and never regret it. I tell you something though. I 'll never eat rice in a curry again. You just don't need it! I didn't miss it and it doesn't do anything for the meal ! Hopefully I will still have a weightloss on Wednesday. I think I will do one more week and then move onto OWL. I am getting a little bored now and fancy a change.
