Tried something new with my workout. Instead of doing all the cardio on the treadmill, I broke it up to 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 on the eliptical. The eliptical really worked me today. When I got off of that thing I swear I thought I was going to hurl! It was terrible. I didn't even get the rest of my workout done because of feeling that way. Lesson of the day.....must use the eliptical more because the workout is harder.
