Yesterday went quite well...food wise & exercise...still haven't received my job offer letter, so the Jeopardy music is still playing...I've added a goal of getting between 6 & 7 hours of sleep a night, so I have to put effort into getting to bed by 11pm...6am alarm doesn't care when you go to bed!! I missed getting my weigh in done last night, so maybe I won't worry about Wednesday weigh ins...just Saturday I guess (no 6am alarm!!)

Anyway, I better get back to work...hope everyone has a great day!

Sleep is so freakin' important. I had sleep issues for awhile and am now getting eight hours a night. I swear, I am less hungry when I sleep well and more committed in general to making better choices. So here are some sweet dream wishes and wishes for an end to that music too. :)

Sleep is super important. I've had sleep issues now and then lately, and it completely messes me up. Make sure you get yours! Hopenyoubget the job letter soon. Waiting sucks.

Received the offer letter at the end of the work day today...they met me half way on the $$$, so I'm a happy camper!! So I went out for a nice steak & beer dinner...oops...another stumble with food today, but I'm okay with it...time for the exercise bike!! And yes, sleep was nice last night...so that will be a regular habit... Later.

Congrats on the job! More steak and beer! Yea Yea! Congrats Pal! Sometimes events in our life dont play well with out weight loss, but it is customary to celebrate many things with food and drink.
