I honestly feel like I did ... in the very beginning. This is hard work. And requires me to focus, and pay attention to the smallest of details! ;) Of course, I knew that coming into this. CHANGE is never easy.

But it is do-able!

So, I am back to eating mostly protein, w/ veggies, occasionally an apple for a snack - but w/ the increase in protein, it's hard to fit in additional anything. I am never hungry.

I think my bump up to 147 was water weight - flirted w/ 144 during the week, but was at 145 this morning for weigh in.. so went w/ that.

I will add another great week to my last couple, and see where I end up next weekend.

Hit the treadmill for some hill climbing this morning.. great workout!

Hope you are all well. Much Love.

This journey is live and learn for us all but at least that keeps us on our toes. Congrats on the drop.

do any of you find it harder?? or easier?? to think of things in terms of 'week's' - as opposed to 'days' ?? Just curious. Each day I focus on getting thru the day w/ all systems working for me! By the end of a week, I feel great about having accomplished a week of clean eating, good exercise, and generally feeling like I must have dropped 10 lbs I have worked so hard!!! LOL! But I think if I was that focused on a day to day basis - I might just be insane by now. I don't know how some of you do that ? but I guess everyone really is different - and whatever works to keep us moving in the right direction! Much Love.

I'm with Stef....gotta focus on things day by day. But I too, am going through a phase where I feel like I did in the beginning, having to focus on every little thing and not being on cruise control, which is what I'd prefer. Hang in there, Paula.

I tried week to week and it didnt work for me. Too much time span. It has to be day to day for me. For some reason, maybe because its a smaller span, it helped me from stressing so much. Now if I could remember that for other things as well.

I'm a day to day person too. I try to make each day a success so that they all add up a great week/month/year. Thinking long term is too overwhelming to me.

I had a major slip after Thanksgiving, when I got back on the wagon about a month ago I gave myself a weekly goals and a weekly rewards if I reached my goal. 4 weeks---4 goals reached---2 new bras---new party dress in size 12----a new ninja bender and new yoga class----this week if I reach my lb.and half lost I can get my hair highlighted. But to reach my weekly goal I have to work at it every day---no slip ups so maybe it is day by day.
