I have not been eating vey well, but not horribly either. I will start tracking as of tomorrow am.
Tomorrow am I want to eat..

Half a grapefruit
Three egg whites
A piece of dry rye toast
Orange Juice
Tea or coffee with skim milk

Tomorrow for lunch I want to eat..
Tuna Salad and lettuce
Two peices of dry rye toast
Fruit
Water

Tomorrwo for dinner I want to eat...

whatever my husband cooks
Salad
Tea

I will figure out the calories after I stick to this diet! Wish me luck!
