Yahoo I have been yoyo a little loss and it looks like i've kept the 174.3 or 174 for the past week so "I'm CLAIMING it". I've lost about 4 lbs. I'm truly excited. Taking the Release formula of the GoLo diet plan and following it reasonably well. It is pretty easy and working for me this time. I just have to stop the quantity of food I eat. I'm pretty good with the food just the amount. I'm getting to were I'm not so hungry all the time. That helps a lot for me. Maybe the Release formula (I hope not). Looking forward to another great month in July. Would be awesome if lost another 4 lbs.
