I finished all my food in one hour, whew, barely. I just need to stay focused to not splurging this weekend. I always end up flat lining for the week when I do. I'm thinking the scale will show some results tomorrow, fingers crossed. I have to be at least 2 months into OMAD now and I feel just fine! I really need to bring down the cholesterol before my next doc appt, I'll have to look into maybe more beans and rice a bit more...oh, and the smoking thing. :o/
