I AM DOING SO WELL SO FAR I THINK ITS KILLING ME NOT TO CHECK THE SCALE IM ONLY GONNA GET ON IT ONCE A WEEK BUT ITS LIKE A MOTAVATIONAL DRUG TO ME IF IT GOES DOWN I SEEM TO HAVE ALOT MORE WILL TO GO ON AND JUST THE POOISITE IF IT GOES UP SO IM STAYING OFF IT DARN IT
