Off track a little, some reason crave Doritos and sour cream on a regular basis. Need to get back on my green smoothies for one meal a day.
Figure though not rising numbers on my weight.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet GreenVictoria's own diet   losing 0.1 lb a week
