I don't get it. I am following my calories to a T, exercising, watching my salt intake and I am GAINING. And not just a little - like 4 pounds in 1 week. This is so discouraging :(

I took a look at your diet calender - how do you know how much you are eating, and that you're "following your calories to a T", when you don't enter it? If I were you, that's where I'd start. Enter everything you eat and drink, and you'll know if you're doing right or not. Who knows, maybe you're not eating enough?

The last week it was entered into a different site, not this one - I can transfer it though. I eat a package of instant oatmeal every day for breakfast (apple cinnamon is 130 calories and maple brown sugar is 160) then lunch and dinner vary . the hardest thing is that this site says 1600 calories and the other site says 1200 calories. So, I don't know how much I really should be eating - and I've entered the exact same information into both.
