today is a good day. it is day 4 of my treadmill journey. i have been able to do at least 30 minutes. but my goal was 1 hour in the morning before work and 30 minutes in the evening after work. but i have yet to accomplish it. and i will, i guess it will just take some time. but 30 minutes everyday is a start. wayyyyy more than before which was nothing. lol im very very curious to weigh in so im going to get a scale today. and i will have a number tonight. wish me luck!!!
