Im back... Had some rough patches there with some eating habits and let some things control my "bad" Choices...Back and didn't gain anything! Rejuvenated with a combo of the New Atkins, Palieo and Blood type plans. Now I am a roasted Veggie Fiend,,lol Looked for alternate sources of proteins since Turkey was getting a little boring and found Rabbit. It is good and tastes just like...you guessed it..chicken!..Really impressed with some of the losses I have seen since I looked today. Nice Job all!
