Been away in Scotland for 5 days. stuck religiously to diet, and did a fair bit of hill walking. The results speak for themselves! Time to start exercising properly I think!
242.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
