According to the scale, I didn't lose a single thing this week. I am not sure what happened because according to my diet calendar, I had the best week ever.

There were 5 days in a row where I stayed under my RDI. Adding my calories burned, and that was 5 days were a burned over 1000 calories more than I consumed.

Yet the scale says that I didn't lose anything.

Oh well, I am going to go through this week hoping that I will lose even more at my next weigh in.
275.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 100.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
