Eating junk food has become a trend haha. Today i took pre-workout then had to go back to work and didn't make it to the gym, now i am pumped for no reason!

Haha. What pre workout you using?

I take AmiN.O. Energy, i ended up getting to the gym after I had to go to work. So it wasn't all bad, but I was definitely jittery the whole time i was at work.
