7.35 miles today. Boy did I feel it. I should have taken a rest day, but I knew I wouldn't have time to walk the next two days and I didn't want to take 3 days off. So what did I do? Overdid it, of course! Couldn't just take a short walk, no... I had to prove I could do it. Nearly freaking killed me. Learned my lesson... until the next time.
