6 days a week and going strong! I hate to lose the same weight twice upseting! I am at least down half a lb from 2 weeks ago...BUT I don't want to go back again! Here I come 180's!!!
191.8 lb Lost so far: 17.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
