Scale moved! or IS moving rather. plateau seems to have broke. Finally! I stopped my HRT about 5 days ago and feel great so far. Perhaps the high sugar and awful diet had something to do with the symptoms that led me to the therapy to begin with. Something to think about for sure!

Yay for you! Keep up the good work - its amazing how much better you'll feel after a couple of weeks eliminating wheat and sugar.
