I've overindulged this last weekend....but I am trying to make it up this week, by spreading the calories I already consumed, over the days still left this week....does that make sense?

In other words, I try to work on achieving my weekly calorie goals, accommodating for those days that I have exceeded my daily limit, by for example, putting that cheesecake slice into my calender for tomorrow.

It allows for a little more flexibility to socialise at least and still be conscious of what I consume.

Dont know if this is a good idea or not...what do you think?

I think you should try it and see what happens. On the old WW, they used to have to bank calories, which sounds similar to what your doing and it might work if you really watch your caloric intake. Good luck!
