I have been really bad over the last few days in terms of my diet...but managed to get in 25 minutes of a workout lastnight. Do feel bloated and a great deal of water retention right now, so hoping that this water weight is partly to blame for my haphazard weight. :-(
175.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
