Tried to use MyFitnessPal for awhile. Really didn't like it as much as I like FatSecret. Started a new fitness class called TNT. Really like how sore I feel in the core. I never feel sore there after any of my workouts.
Body fat reading is at 26%. Goal is to be under 25% in 12 weeks. Weight remains steady even after a glutenous holiday season. What I found troubling was how hard it was to get back on track after the holidays were over. Also troubling was that the more I indulged, the less I was interested in working out.
I am considering changing my diet to calorie counting only, since I am not really following Spike Diet after reaching my goal. Hate to lose all that history though.


Morning Mamma..glad to see ya..have missed you buddy...haven't heard of TNT..The holidays are so hard to recover from..I mean if you celebrate them all..and now we have Valentines..Not too worried about that as my DH is the one that likes chocolate in those big hearts..I'm not too fond of those...Have a great day....:O)

I'm not too big on sweets either, but on the occasion... TNT is rather like cirtuit training and personal training all rolled up into one program. You have a group of folks all training at the same time doing expercises in a round. One will start on exercise a, while the other b, the next c, etc; then after so many sets everyone switches. Many of the exercises I am familiar with being the same as the WII, but with someone there that can spot your form.

I like being sore after a workout, too!! It reminds me how hard I worked and to eat well and take care of myself!
