have totally fallen apart this last week. got myself all depressed and gave up with eating healthy and had one binge day and this just turned into another day and another day. but a new week starts tomorrow and i will be back on track and i will stay on track.
i have been researching good foods for me to eat that are low in cals but filling and should suppress my constant cravings.
am going to take things slowly and just aim to get myself under 1500 for this week and then next week be back on full schedule of under 1200. and try and find a form of exercise i enjoy. hopefully weather will cheer up a bit so i want to go for a walk with the dogs.
i'm not very good at making myself do something i don't want to.

Hey, I added a comment a little earlier today on your last post with some suggestions. Hope you can get out to walk the dog and sounds like you are working on making a plan. Cheer up, it will all pay off in the long run!
