I have been on the Elimination Diet for 20 days and am feeling like this is the best one to help me see what my body can tolerate and what it cannot. Going great so far.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.9 lb a week

What is the Elimination Diet?

It's a process whereby you eat only non-inflammatory foods for two weeks then slowly incorporate foods that may be causing you inflammation to see if you have a reaction to each food. The book is called "The Elimination Diet" by Alissa Segersten and Tom Malterre, MS, CN. Good Read!
