p1 calories: 1200 per day- is this right?
200= 2 eggs (approx)
60= 8 oz cranberry juice
90= 2 tbs ground flax
220= 2 tbs fso (barleans high lignan)
155= 4 oz chicken broiled
200= 2 fruits
155= 4 oz chick/fish/lean meat (approx depending on meat)
100 vegetables with meals/salds etc.
