It looks like I may have gained a pound. It's hard to tell because when I got weighed at the doctors today I was wearing my coat, boots, jeans and a sweatshirt! (just another snowy winter day in Maine). Even though I am not happy with this, I am really glad it isn't more considering what a crappy job I've done with diet and exercise.
I am going to try and get back on track this week - I had a good day today!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
