So I really haven't been keeping up with this whole diet-to-get-healthy thing this first month... but now that it's the first of February, I think it's time to kick myself in the butt and get this whole thing going! Time to stick to my calorie restrictions and exercise more than just (sometimes) once a week... Let's get going! :D
