Ok, I think I've been eating too many calories too. Supposed to be 1500 -1700 daily and I've often been going over 2000. I asked Georgie to be my buddy on here and see what she can suggest. Today will watch the carbs and try to watch the calories too.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 February 2012:
2324 kcal Fat: 360.78g | Prot: 77.84g | Carb: 53.04g.   Breakfast: butter, mim, Coffee (Espresso Brewed) with water added. Lunch: safflower oil, flax seed oil, Celery, Grape tomatoes, Spinach, Hellman's mayo, Organic valley string cheese, Hard-Boiled Egg, Avocado, Green Olives with Pimento, Turkey deli, Caesar Salad Dressing. Dinner: Claussen pickle, Organic valley sour cream, Flax oil, Broccoli , Ground beef 85%. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Coconut bark with nuts. more...
