....this doesnt make too much sense looking at my food intake and my exercise.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I had lost before, what helped me was to take a look at not only my calories, but what I was eating. I cut out a lot of carbs and tried to stick around 150g, and really that was by more veggies and fruits instead of junk for snacks. I don't know if this is the case for you, but I never had paid attention to my carbs and once I did and cut some junk out I really started to lose. One of the big ones I cut out was 100 calorie packs, I started eating fruit with a little yogurt or even cool whip and that cut my carbs quite a bit and was better for me. That is just what had worked for me. I hope you can find a good balance.
