This is most probably the last day in a row to see weight loss. I know the first few days the pounds fall off, so I'll prepare myself for not much movement pretty soon on the scale.

Exercise was good, but I felt my legs and arms were like lead. I think this is okay, I just can't do as much. Hopefully I'll improve that. I usually never feel hungry in the evening and I tried to drink all my water earlier, but that didn't happen, so I'll try that again today. I know the water gives me a sensation of hunger.

This weekend is when the diet shines, because I'm taking a course all weekend and I fill my bag with my already prepared snacks and lunch. I'll spend some of the day making sure I have my low-carb mini-meals.

Emotionally, yesterday, I had a couple of melt-downs. Just getting really upset about things that don't matter all that much. My body's getting used to these changes in my sugar intake, or something like that.

The scale is moving in the right direction, but I haven't taken my measurements since I started. This time I took them all, triceps, thigh, neck and the usual. But I'll measure them once a week at the most.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
