Tuesday, 4/18 Steps = 16,735

Good Weigh-in today! Even after going out to dinner last night!

So the restaurant had grilled Sea Bass with Arugala Salad on the side. Perfect choice! But then it came and it was the whole fish including the head. I have never had fish like this before and had no idea how to remove the bones. It took me forever to eat and I probably only ate about 2 oz. of fish because it took me so long to navigate the bones. Next time I'm going to ask the Chef to take the bones out. I had never had Arugula before and I really liked it a lot. It had just a little olive oil and some Parmesan cheese and was really delicious. In any case, it was a successful night out - I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 glasses of nice wine - and I lost weight this week. Can't ask for more than that!

Thanks! Each time I think I have hit a slow down in loss, the next week makes up for it. I think the extra water is helping.
