I had a bit of a pig out at Auntie's yesterday, and now i'm paying for it. I am CRAVING those bad foods so bad today. And I'm a little off track today too. Karen brought fresh baked bran muufins, and I had one and a half. Also, I bought a bag of trail mix from the vending machine. So not terrible choices, but they weren't on my schedule. I guess I woke up the chocolate neurons in my brain yesterday. Auntie had out cinnamon buns, christmas baking, jujubes, chocolates, etc. Plus coffee with kahlua, and she tried to give me wine, but I had to draw the line at that. I didn't drift off my goal that badly (just under 1500 cals, instead of my hopeful 1300), but the hangover today is not fun. Ugh
