so having hit a total plateau on my general "less than 1000 cals a day" diet, i've figured it's probably time i cut down on the bread, cakes and biscuits.
my new diet consists entirely of rice, fruit, veg (though no bananas or avocados), tea and coffee. seasonings are of course allowed, as is a little low fat soya milk and maybe even some ultra light mayo on occasion! egg white and possibly a little smoked salmon too if i find myself craving protein.
3 meals a day and no snacks, going to cut down on the booze too (i'm sure drinking every night wasn't helping).
i'll check my weight in a few days and then give it a week or 2 and see if there's a difference, if not then i'm tempted by a super detox cabbage soup diet or juice fast to see if i can start losing again...
