I have been doing my workout video for 35 minutes a day and im still on phase 1 of detox..Except for breakfast..I have a cup of Special K..And i feel like im getting nowhere on my weightloss. Ive lost a good 7 pounds in 2 weeks but now i feel like im stuck!
