Today I am feeling really encouraged, because I choose to focus on all the wonderful things I can eat instead of all the unhealthy food and or quantities of good food I choose to no longer consume and allow to consume me. I approach my water intake as if it is a needed drug. I sip it all day drinking at least 64 ounces a day. Finally and most importantly, I look to Jesus the author and finisher of my faith because without him I will fail. We were created for more than this seemingly never-ending battle of the bulge. We are more than what the number on a scale says. I will never ever again stop believing in who God says I am. Be blessed.
