Had food tonight from Japan, Thailand, Texas, Korea, and Peru. Kim Chee, Thai Sauce, Sushi, Bock Beer, Pisco, and Fruitcake from Costco. Kind of an eclectic menu. Makes me realize how international we are not only in clothes but even while eating at home. The Kim Chee was made by a woman friend from Korea and the Sushi was made locally by some Japanese cooks. The Shiner Bock beer was from Shiner Texas and the Pisco was from Chile. I prefer the Peruvian Pisco but hard to find in Minnesota. The fruitcake was from Costco. I have three fruitcakes in my frig from Christmas and the Costco is my favorite. The other two are from Corsicana Bakery in Texas and the Abbey Bakery.
