Feeling so down about my weight...... keeps going up....daily.....
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've got this! Maybe do something to jump start the downward motion? Might try a day doing extra water.
